Arch linux

I usually ask myself and try Linux distributions to see which one is the best. My ultimate choice always is arch Linux.

Why?
There is only one version of it available
It doesn't do any arch branding
It is efficient, not bloated, faster

What I do after install

Install os-prober, run it standalone
Install grub, $grub-install /dev/sda, $grub-mkconfig...
sudo then add user with -m to group wheel
Vim
Visudo uncomment wheel elevated privileges
Install gnome-session (lightest gnome) & gdm (heavy but aesthetically good)
gnome-terminal
Text editor like mousepad
Fira mono fonts
Gnome-tweak-tool
Add tap to click ability

Vitamin B 12 in India

Reliable Vitamin B12 source in India

Which is the best over-the-counter Vitamin B12 supplement in India?

It shouldn’t be a big problem if you are a non-vegetarian. You probably are getting enough B12. If you suspect to be defecient, you should get yourself tested for B12 levels.

B12 can’t be accumulated in your body so there is no harm of toxicity if you take excess in terms of supplements.

In India, most widely sold Vitamin B12 in methycobalamin, however as per Dr. Michael Greger Cyanocobalamin is the best form of Vit B12 supplement.

I have found Homocheck which has 400 mcg of Cyanocobalamin in India to be the closest to recommended form of Vit B12. You will have to take 7 tablets every week to reach recommended levels of supplementation.

These 7 tablets can be either taken at once every week or 1 every day. You can also take 4 tablets twice a week. Just make sure you take 7 tablets of 400 mcg Cyanocobalamin each week.

There are several online stores that are selling this tablet like medplus mart and 1mg.

Since B12 is sotred in the liver for about a year, the defeciency will not show up before 6–12 months you actually become deficient.

Vegetarians or vegan who don’t use fortified B12 food will have B12 defenciency and Cyanocobalamin is the cheapest and easiest way to replenish the required B12 levels.

I hope this helps!
